Let me start by announcing that we have erected a new rule:

15. Discussion of pornography is prohibited. This extends to comments that encourage and can lead to discussion of pornography. This thread is exempt from this rule.

This is the result of Rascal0302's thread in Feedback, as we felt that our policy regarding pornography was not stated clearly enough. So rather than edit out any posts and threads, including pornographic material, we will crack down on that plus the discussion of it. Essentially, we will deal with it much like how we've dealt with hacking, homebrew, and piracy.

Though moderation has discussed the issue amongst themselves, this decision was ultimately made by David himself who stated:

That said, starting now, we will crack down on any topics including pornography, so we advise you try not to mention it and stray away from it as best as possible.

You are free to voice your concerns and opinions in regards to this rule, to David though. If you feel this is unfair or that the rule is too lenient, please contact David through his email: david@nintendo3dsblog.com

We hope this clears out another ambiguity within our set of forum rules.
