For me, the Wii is the worst Nintendo console hands down. Its the ONLY one I didnt buy at launch, and the only one that would compel me NOT to play certain Nintendo franchises that I love.

I HATE motion controller gaming. Its just not done intuitively on a normal basis. Most of the time its using a gesture to take place of a button press. I would rather have the speed and certainty of a button press.

Its also a reason why I am not excited for the Wii U. Its still going to have a focus on Wiimotes. Also, I am not sold on two screen console gaming, and the use of dual slide pads rather than analog "sticks" that I know and love...

Hopefully Nintendo can change my mind with the new system, but I highly doubt it.

Yes. I loved it. The games were mostly memorable. And the Mii games were always a fun way to have a group activity. They just don't have that "VIDEO GAME!!!!!!" feel, if you know what I mean.

- Were you satisfied with it's life-long library? Or were you disappointed?
A bit of both. The Zelda's were great, Super Smash Bros. was amazing, and the Galaxy games were good, although I think they should have stuck with just one. But some games like New Super Mario Bros.Wii just had me feeling like the same old thing over and over again. It was so close to the DS version it wasn't even funny.

- How often did you play on it? Daily? Every other day?
Or was it in your closet collecting dust most of the time?
If I have a new game that I want to play I'll play it as daily as possible. But as it stands now I haven't played it much in a few weeks. I've been playing my 3DS more.

- Is it your favorite Nintendo console?
My 2nd favorite Nintendo console. 3DS is my favorite. But the Wii will always hold a special place in my heart.

- Your thoughts on the online quality.
I don't have Wi-Fi at home. But on the few rare occasions I have played I really got mixed feelings. Super Smash Bros. Brawl. OOOHHH!! AWFUL! I got slaughtered. everything was delayed. But Mario Kart online was great. I got set up in a matter of seconds, and there was no lagging that I noticed. I have never so much as visited the Wii Shop Channel, so I don't have an opinion on that.

- Did you like Nintendo's ideas on the console?
I don't really care for motion gaming. Gaming should be relaxing, not exhausting. The older game that don't use MotionPlus were fine, like Galaxy and Twilight Princess. But games like Wii Sports Resort are just plain annoying. You can't do the same thing twice if your life depended in it. Skyward Sword was alright, but it got tiring.

Overall: I really like it. It's got great multiplayer, and even thought the graphics aren't HD, I think they're fine. The controller are comfortable, and I really liked the pointer feature. Good job Nintendo.

Hopefully the Wii U will be a return to form for nintendo. Everyone screws up right? I'm willing to give them another go. They gave me the gamecube and that's enough for me to stick with em for at least another generation, or more if they deliver.

They didn't really screw up too much....or at least not in their eyes. The gamecube didn't sel at all like they wanted it to, so they went with plan wii.

I see what you did there. But as far as gamers who enjoy quality experiences, for the most part yes they did screw the pooch royally. I think the Wii U looks like a step in the right direction though. We'll see.

With Gamecube support and the Virtual Console, I think of the Wii as a "museum" of Nintendo video game history. It gives you access to games from every Nintendo home console spanning back almost 30 years. Being a huge fan of retro games, I think its great for this alone.
