Hey guys i'm ARandomCookie and no i'm not really british (though i wish i was.) but ive probably been a nintendo fan ever since i heard the sounds of my dad's gameboy and super nintendo from my mother's womb. (which were eventually passed down to me, and i played the crap out of them) so yeah ive owned pretty much every nintendo system, except for the DS remakes, i still have a phat. AND IM SUPER EXCITED FOR 3DS!! its gonna be awsome!! i knew keeping my phat was a good idea

well i bought a 360 last september, so i mostly play halo and occasionally call of duty or rock band. but as for nintendo i usually play twilight princess (wii), new super mario bros, smash bros brawl, just recently beat pikmin (wii), star wars TFU, and metroid prime 3. i also have the conduit, MOHH2, Th proving ground, and SSX blur (but i dont play those games anymore). As for DS, i usually just play mario kart, but i play super mario 64 DS and new super mario bros every once in a while, even though i've beat them both twice lol. and yes Dan, us randomcookies are quite delicious. oh and last but not least, thanks for the welcome!

and ya know what? i forgot mario galaxy!!! i love that game

Interesting... It doesn't sound like you commit yourself to a series, and instead just play whatever is fun.

yeah pretty much, if a game is really fun to me, i play it. one series im in love with though is zelda. and half the reason im getting a 3DS is because OoT is my favorite game ever.

That sounds like a rational person. Unlike most people who don't like 2D Zelda games.

yeah i mean dont get me wrong, i love the 2D games as well, but the 3D games always had some special appeal to me. and i really dont understand flame wars and the like, they're kind of annoying. but back on topic, the only zelda games i haven't played are the DS ones and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link.

Added after 4 minutes:

oh and two things i forgot to mention. what i was trying to get across might have seemed a little fuzzy. I love both 2D and 3D zelda games, just like both side-scroller and 3D mario games. I just really like the exploration aspect of the 3D games. i know the 2d ones still let you explore alot, if not more, but its just something about a 3D world that makes it different. but yeah Link to the Past is my 2nd favorite zelda game.

Looks like we'll get along.
