I'm an older 3DS owner who has been gaming since the Atari 2600 and Grandstand "Pong" games way back in 1979 so you could say I have seen the evolution of gaming from it's simplistic roots.

Grandstand TV Game (1st Gen) - Atari 2600 (2nd Gen) - Sinclair ZX81 - Sinclair ZX Spectrum - Sinclair ZX Spectrum +3 - Commodore Amiga - NES (3rd Gen) - SNES (4th Gen) - Various PC's - Gameboy - N64 (5th Gen) - GB Colour - GBA - DS - Gamecube (6th Gen) - Wii (7th Gen) - DS Lite - DSi - Dell Streak (Android) - and now... the 3DS

... and I still play Sinclair ZX Spectrum games (Emulated of course)
