Seeing as I built these forums I figured it'd be fitting to be the first person to introduce myself. Basically, my name is David Turnbull, I'm the owner of Nintendo 3DS Blog, and have been building websites for the last 8 years or so, and playing video games for more than double that.

I love creating communities, building things on the internet and talking about things I find fascinating (like Nintendo). It's my wish to make these forums the biggest forum dedicated to the Nintendo 3DS.

Hopefully you can help make that happen. :-)

Great to see the new forums up, however I've always been a fan of ivision free boards.
If you need any help in moderating, I've had plenty of experience with Ivision free, it can't be that difficult right,

I messed around with Invision a few years back, but I think the biggest problem I had with it was the lack of mods. With vBulletin there's plenty of extra features I can easily add to the sight.

And I'll definitely keep you in mind for a moderating job.

Hey, awesome job with the website! Just out of curiousity, when do you think the 3ds will launch? I'm guessing its going to be out in the US sometime near the end of november... The problem Nintendo is going to have is that they can't advertise for the 3ds very much out side of displays in stores playing demos... Which could mean we might get playable demos of the systems up before the actual system is released just to build up hype for it. What do you guys think?

Hey Dave, and sidenote because I cbf going to facebook because people will suck me in and I have to monitor some heat pipe temperatures right now; I will be down that way from the 25th of september for a week or so.
