So the nintendo 3ds seems amazing doesn't it? The nintendo handhelds were the first handhelds and now those are worth a fair amount of money and i was thinking about buying one and storing it for a while, (not a couple years) and you know seeing if it becomes worth more. But i want to hear your guys's opinions on this and if i do buy one and store it what color and accseories should i include?

I don't see the 3DS being worth a lot in the future. When a company mass produces things its value goes down significantly. If they have some sort of "Super Special Edition" and there's only 2 of them in the world and you happen to have one of them, then I could see it being worth a lot. But any ways, welcome to the forums.

It would probably be a waist of your money buying one then storying one. If you want it to be worth something your going to have to store it for around 20 or more years. But if thats really what you want to do then get the Mario 25th anniversary DSi XL.

No Mario Kart at launch unfortunately. But, if the rumors are to be believed, then it will be released sometime this year.

No. The only colors that will be available will be the Black and Blue. But in the future there will probably be those colors. But don't expect them for a while.

About storing it; bad idea. Nintendo massproduce all their consoles and games lately so they aren't worth anything.
