I found this great site through Davids Nintendo 3DS Blog (David, you are amazing!). I've been reading David's blog for weeks & watching all his videos and my excitement for the 3DS is building by the day...I JUST CANT WAIT!! I Pre-Ordered mine in "
Aqua Blue" around 2 months ago and have been counting down the days ever since!
I'll probably be posting on here to get advise about which games to buy. I find some games difficult because i have a muscle wasting disease which has left me wheelchair bound since the age of 3 and i now have little strength left in my arms & hands. The Nintendo DS consoles have been a godsend for me because i can no longer play on my playstation and can only manage a few games on my Wii which dont require the nunchuck control. I've not been able to play my PS2 for around 5 years, yet i've still not parted with it as i hope one day i will wake up and magically be strong enough to use the controller again.
The games i find easiest to play are the ones which use the stylus control. On the DS my favourite games have been: Animal Crossing, Nintendogs, Art Academy, Professor Layton, Trauma Centre & of course the Mario games! The only problem i find is that my left hand is a lot weaker than my right, so i struggle with the D-Pad control, i'm hoping that the new added control on the 3DS may be easier for me to use...who knows, i'll have to wait and see.
Anyway, thats enough babbling on from me lol! I'm excited to join such a great site & its nice to "meet" you all
