good day eveyone,im from philippines,and my problem is;every time i connect my 3ds on SM Free Wifi and open my internet browser,there is always appearing a page of user agrrement and when i click on it,it just look like refreshing and it come backs again and again. i cant move on any page or websites,is there a solution for this?,and this is the only problem,becasue on other wifi even though there is a password,i can connect on them and browse,thanks in advance and have a good day and sorry about my bad english
