Default [/troll] So I'm planning on getting a HDTV.

With my budget I have two options, I can either get a good brand (Samsung) that's 32 inches and 720p or a less than stellar brand (Dynex) it costs a little more than a 32 inch Samsung but it's 42 inches and 1080p. I also should mention that both TVs are LEDs because they last longer apparently.

Do you think I should take the risk and get the cheaply produced TV or should I just get a good name brand? The specs on the Dynex are terrible but I don't really care, as long as I'm able to read the text on my PS3 I'm happy lol

[troll]
I don't want a TV with a rainbow on it. JS.

What?! How do you start a whole friggin' topic with [/troll]?!

If you ask me, you have your troll tags mixed around.

Can I call you cougar, because there's this guy on another forum I frequent that pretty much has the same stupidity streak as you under that name.

/troll (<- And that's how you do it properly)

You should get the one with 3D. Co-op splitscreen is so much easier with 3D.

EDIT: I don't mean to sound mean. I'm just venting anger at the internet.

Then you're doing it wrong.

I'd go with Dynex, just based on the little info that you have given us.

Well it's a semi serious question and I didn't feel it fit my character so I closed the trolling tag before I asked to open new grounds. :| Is it really that hard to understand?

Anyways thanks for your input... well the second half.

Brands don't really matter.
If it's a Samsung [number] series, go with that, but otherwise it doesn't matter.

720p < 1080p.

I'd buy the Dynex just for the 1080p. I went from 720p to 1080p and I am NEVER going back to 720p. You can really see the diffrence, especially with Blu-rays.

If I were you, I would look at Vizio. The brand is cheaper but it still makes quality tvs IMO. I have a Vizio and an LG.

I would NOT waste my money on a Dynex.

I thought Dynex was using LG components... I have a large, 1080p Dynex HDTV and I love it.
