NOTE: I know thre's alot of these threads but hear me out.
I didn't get the notification how do I get it? And do I still get the games if I didn't get it?

1. They automaticly send it out to you.

2. Yes as long as you were on the Eshop before Aug. 11 at midnight.

3. There's a "Questions and Answers" section for a reason

Just go to the e shop and check the news tab to the left. There should be a article called "Ambassador Program" and the first thing it will say is "You are a Nintendo 3DS Ambassador!"

If you have that then you should be fine.
