| It's currently $9.99 on Steam, and from what I've read of it, it sounds like it would appeal to me. I've got an older rig, but the system requirements are light, so it should handle fine. The only thing stopping me is the fact that I buy only one game at a time (except for the launch of a certain handheld recently) and generally try to finish them first before buying another. What I want to know is if it's a better choice then some of the other games I've been thinking of picking up. I'm also thinking about buying Team Fortress 2, Portal 2, Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, maybe another 3DS title, and finally trying out the Ace Attorney series. Does Amnesia stand up to those, or should I hold off? |

It's a solid game though. I'd check it out eventually, if not now. |

Amnesia is a fantastic survival horror game, but if you only play a game at a time, Team Fortress 2 and Portal 2 will definitely last longer. I'd recommend either of those before anything else on your list. I'd only recommend picking Amnesia up right now if you do it through The Potato Sack. |

I've never actually played it (stupid, stupid dinosaur computer), but I watched a Let's Play of it and had a ton of fun. If that counts.

I think I'll take the plunge and go ahead and buy it. Impulse buys don't hurt so bad when they're cheap. I spent more money then this at Chick-Fil-A in the past two days. |

Amnesia is by far the best survival horror game i ever played, i'm normally not that easy to scare. But this freaked me out on multiple times that i just had the pauze the game or stop for the night lol. Once you play that game, you see that everything els on the genre is incredible dull. Its really worth it if you like those genre's. Aspect about 8 hours of gameplay, and another 8 hours of mental break downs. If you go through it ( atleast it took me that long, and i spreaded it out over 5 nights ) Headphones + night = highly recommend + dark room with nobody around you. It really depends on what you want. its a seriously solid game. |

YES. The game was designed to scare people, so if you're not skittish I definitely reccomend it.

Btw today, there got a expansion released for amnesia. Its a complete new sidestory and a hell lot more harder. the expansion is totally free on top of that. It is a mini amnesia journey but a hell lot harder on top of it. You will have to buy the main game for it tho, but thats nothing more then logical :P |

Ive never played Amnesia, but Ive heard it is a great horror game. Even yahtzee loves it and he is very strict on games. As for Portal 2 and TF2. I have done over 200 hours on TF2 so I can tell you it is awesome. Portal 2 isnt out yet though, but since its Valve, I dont think you would be dissapointed. |
