| Anonymous have released source code of the 2006 version of the Norton program pcAnywhere, and apparently have others. Don't worry, you should be safe if you have updated your Norton software in the last five years. However, this whole story sounds fishy. Anonymous usually tackle big businesses or corrupt governments. Why Norton? Hacking them would affect many innocent people. They aren't proving anything this time. There's no secret agenda. Just maliciousness. I don't think it's them. But what do you think? |

![]() Oh no they sent too much site traffic to some sites creating in effect a traffic jam that no one could go to their website for a few hours. Who the hell goes to the RIAA website anyway? Not saying there haven't been several deeper penetrations, actually stealing user information from some companies, the Playstation Network hack being the prime example... but for the most part they are just a nuisance.
