| I really like Ratatouille and I was simply wondering if Disney/Pixar have any plans for a sequel or maybe a TV series based off of the film sort of like DW is doing with Kung Fu Panda and How To Train Your Dragon on Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network next year. I mean, Disney/ Pixar has great potential in things like The Incredibles, Tangled, Up and Ratatouille and they need to utilize that on television on ABC, Disney Channel and Disney XD the same way DreamWorks/ NBC Universal has done with their properties like Shrek on television. I mean, each year we see some sort of Shrek TV Spin-off on NBC and now they've got at lest 3 different movie shorts on the Nintendo 3DS eShop and Nintendo Video 3DS App with The Pig That Cried Werewolf, Shrek: Thriller and Monsters vs. Aliens: Night of the Living Carrots. DreamWorks has really harnessed the power of IP multimedia saturation on multi-platforms while Disney/ Pixar isn't really doing this and I think that Ratatouille is the perfect place to begin. |

I'd rather not see these movies get sequels or spinoffs. Pixar has an amazing ability of always producing something fresh. They've always pushed the limits of their creativity, and every new project feels radically different than their last. It's honestly the biggest thing that makes me prefer them over Dreamworks. Keep these follow-up stories to the pre-film shorts. Cars 2 was probably the lowest point in their film career. I don't want to see it revisited.

I'd rather not have Pixar ruin their good rep with putting their work on TV. Have you seen the ratings for the DreamWorks animated series? And Ratatouille was really boring imo, not their best work.

Supposedly they are making Toy Story 4 already. I personally think any more sequels would ruin the magic the first three had.

Yeah, the first 3 focused on one person who owned toys, but with him giving toys away it will be a horrible movie.

| Yea, it was great because it focused him as a boy and growing up until college age. They finished perfect, but if they make more they are just milking it.

It's likely he was referring to the Summer short before Cars 2 or a follow-up short, since we already know their next three movies have nothing to do with Toy Story.
