This is the thread for all things bacon. We need no justification for it, because bacon. Post your bacon-infused meals, your bacon-related accomplishments, and bacon that has changed your life. Philosophical essays on the nature of bacon and joy are welcome, as is debate over thick- or thin-sliced bacon.

Also, bacon cheeseburgers. Those are good, too.

My favorite way to cook bacon is in the microwave. Mind you, I generally don't like anything that's cooked in the microwave. However, I feel microwaved bacon is actually tastier and better textured than any other way of cooking it.

I can think of no other more convincing testament to the power of bacon than that.

Bacon is both vegetable, fruit, grain, meat, and dairy. Man can truly live on bacon alone. Because it is bacon, and bacon is all one needs to be physically, mentally, and spiritually nourished, for now and all time.
