Who here is in band?

I'm a 6th grade Tuba player, I'm 1st chair, and im in SCMS Band and SCMS Honor Band.
I'm also wondering if we could make a 3DSF band...
*Only marching band or band in schools/colleges.

I'm a senior.
I play french horn (1st chair) in symphonic band.
I also played Mellophone in marching band (section leader)...but there was only two of us lol.

uumm. I also play alto and tenor sax in the jazz band. (2nd tenor)

& I mess around with the piano here and there.

I'm a freshman, second Clarinet first folder in the school's concert band. I played third during marching band season.

How would a 3DSF band work?

I play the Euphonium, I'm 1st chair in Symphonic Band and a low brass section leader during marching season.

I'm in a community college's band, even though I'm not attending there anymore (I haven't transferred). It's a very lax band in terms of chairs. So we don't have chairs, at least not in my section. I play the bassoon.

My high school experience was very different. It was a very competitive school. Especially in terms of marching band, where we actually won Nationals in my senior year - that was a shocker. Still something that surprises me to this day. Back then I played the trumpet.

I don't like playing the trumpet. Next time I march, I want to march tenor saxophone instead.

No, that's a false correction. When speaking of band class, there's no need for the 'a' beforehand.

I'm a sophomore, and I've been playing Alto Saxophone since sixth grade. I'm 3rd chair this year, out of 10 of us. I just did marching band this year, I sadly didn't do it my freshman year. Marching isn't anything special, we placed pretty low at State competition. It was an off year
