The best thing I won from an e-bay auction would be Kingdom Hearts for the PS2. The disc and box were in great condition, and it even came with the manual, which was also in great condition. Plus, it was delivered to my house two days before I expected it to arrive.

Though, I haven't really bought much on e-bay...

I've won a hand-numbered, limited edition (200 copies) blue-colored vinyl release consisting of demos from the band's early days, as well as an autographed copy of an original release of their second album on CD. Said band is Iced Earth.

Just won a Blind Bag Rarity. (pictured here)
You can't get these in the US yet so eBay was just about my only choice.
Paid $5.50 USD (plus $5.00 shipping) for it. Totally worth it considering how much other sellers want for them. (as much as $10 or more)

When I get her, she's going right beside my monitor on my desk.

Also, not eBay related, but I bought a DJ-Pon3 embroidered patch from this awesome guy on ponychan that goes by the name "E". You can find his (or her?) work here.
