so i need to get my pokemon for the team i have in black/white tourny for raney(its gonna be zawesome x-x) and i have a question. Whats the best way to obtain pokemon?

Would it be better to breed or catch, or even trade? If i can catch it in the wild anyways, is it worth breeding? is trading trustworthy? How should i get my pokemon(and i mean with the right natures and stuff) o-o

Breeding or using a pokemon with Synchronize are the best ways to obtain a pokemon of a specific nature.

If you are looking to maximize specific IVs and obtain certain egg moves, breeding is the way to go. It is a tedious process no matter what, so be prepared.

Be careful about trading pokemon. A lot of time they end up being hacked, which ruins the legitimacy of them. It is looked down on to use hacked pokemon online, unless both players agree to it.

Breed it dude, a wild pokemon isn't going to end up as good as a breeded one. EV training is also really important. Hey, what pokemon are you looking into?

It depends. If you have pokemon with synchronize and the specific nature you want, it will be pretty quick to get your desired pokemon with the desired nature. If not, you can make a female pokemon with your desired nature hold an everstone and breed to obtain your desired pokemon with the desired nature. Breeding is more useful if you want to somewhat control the IVs of your pokemon.

Catching is only recommened for pokedex entries. Breeding, is a must when it comes to competitive matches. As already mentioned above, use synchronize and everstones to get the desired nature.
