That wasn't the finished model. You'll notice that the circle pad is also bigger in that one.

Nah, it looks better white imo.

That one looks stupid. I mean, you can see there's like, barely room for the circle pad to move.

It's a failed design and it would look weird if it was blue, but that's just me.

The blue 3DS still looks hawt, but I was hoping it looked more like this one in person.

It's a known fact that the current color was going to be in the final design.
I don't mind, my thumb covers it so I dont see it much. I like it the way it is, it's grippy and the the older one looked painted with a glossy finish that would make your thumb slip off more.
