It should not have an apostrophe. That makes it a possessive instead of a plural noun.

That's easy. There is a piece torn off of the sheet of paper on the desk. Also, why are the chairs in the foreground black, but the chairs in the background red?

First of all you don't need to use all caps, that's a no-no. The alignment is not correct, if your using lettering that big you should have the justification centered. No punctuation unless you want to count the badly placed apostrophe. The word "thanks" alone should actually be a "Thank You" instead.

And if you rearrange the letters it says "Venomous torpedo sane trollops thanks"
