My Internet was down yesterday because of some problems with the phone lines in a city a few miles from my house. I just checked my Email and my copy of RE:M shipped yesterday.

Nintendo needs to adopt this policy (or should I say other online retailers) so people who pre-ordeded won't have to wait an extra 2-3 days to get their game.

^ That would be me. And I've gotta say, they've stepped up their game since - as reparations they offered free Prima guides to those who got MvC3 late (and it's an incredibly good guide). My SSFIV:AE shipped 6/17 even though it doesn't come out until 6/28 (yes I'm getting the physical copy even though I have Super), and my RE:Mercs shipped last night.

Dear Capcom: apology accepted.

I play 360. :[ Amazing game though, who's your team? I've just integrated Zero into mine after working up a few 600k - 800k b&b combos. I want to learn Spider-Man too, but right now my team is Zero/Mag/(Haggar or Hulk). Finally dropped Phoenix, even though she's fun as hell.

I have a couple of permutations:

Spencer(slant shot)/Tron(gustaff fire)/Dormy(black hole)
Tron/Wesker/Dormy
Tron/Wesker/Phoenix(shot[thinking of changing to trap]) (yes she is fun as hell and the sodium she produces is awesome)
Tron/Zero(shot)/Dormy
Tron/Chris(shot)/Spencer

as you can see Tron is like waifu tier to me.

have you gotten down the Rom combo with magnus?

Tron is pretty excellent - her missions were fun and that flame assist is a beast.

Not sure what the Rom combo is. I like the air H, dash, air M, air H, land, H, QCB L, S formula and mostly just rock that into Grav Squeege if I have the meter.

With Phoenix, I LOVE her TK Trap L loop, so fun and looks flashy.

rom is pretty close to that, there is so many variations of it for different results, however they all give you 2+ meters so a grabbity squeeeze is guaranteed at the end. i'll have to look up the tk trap loop later today I only use her BnB and mostly rely on the power of xfactor dark phoenix

TK Trap L loops in to ->H up to 4 times (Dark Phoenix required?). Might loop fewer times as Phoenix. The timing is a little wacky, but after 15 min or so I got it down pretty well.

I'm so at odds and ends with Jean, because I really like her b&b TK Shot OTG into Rage ... But unless I've got Dark Phoenix, I can't bring myself to use the meter. ('cept when I'm fighting a scrub and I'm showing off). It would make the game that much blander, but sometimes I feel like I'd trade Dark Phoenix for 800k health :/

Then I say ****, it's Marvel.
