Ok peeps here is the dealio..

I am planning to build a website for the 3DS web browser.. the thing is i know how to make a page so it is set to the width of the bottom screen so you only scroll up and down http://darkdrake.webs.com/3DSpage.htm (ignore the text.. i needed dummy text) .. the problem is that there is all that wasted space on left and right of the top screen.. i want to make it so the scrolling is still locked.. but be able to use that wasted space on the top screen.. just to fill it with graphics, a banner all the way across or a solid colour or something..

is there a way i can lock scrolling? or make pages wide enough for the top screen (and aligned) without the browser shifting left or right or zooming out?
