OK so I got this assignment in cooking class where they give me a list of ingredients and I'm supposed to use them to create a recipe and then prepare the food next time I have cooking and these ingredients look pretty random to me...
• 1 Tbl spoon of butter
• 100g of button mushrooms
• ½ cup of cream
• 1 egg
• 65g of grated parmesan cheese
• Chives
• 100g of dried spaghetti
• 100g of bacon
• Cherry Tomato
• Fresh Basil
.. So far I've been thinking of a bacon/spaghetti kind of thing but I'm not quite sure how that'll turn out. So if you have any ideas I'd really appreciate the help.

EDIT: Btw there's also a taste test so it can't be disgusting lol.

How about some spaghetti with sauteed cream mushrooms? Cook the spaghetti. Make the sauce using the tomato and the basil to give it a slight kick. Cover spaghetti with tomato sauce sprinkle crushed bacon pieces on top and add Parmesan cheese. Now for the mushrooms. Wash and slice your mushrooms. Cut chives into small bits. Heat butter in a saucepan. Stir in the chives. Cook over medium heat until the chives are slightly softened. Stir in mushrooms. Then add the cream and stir and cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Serve on side of spaghetti. Don't have a clue what to do with the egg. Sorry.

okay boil the egg and cut it thin or slightly thick and put it around what baroque said
