Default Decent Pc for 400-700

i want a good desktop for browsing.downloading movies,netflix(when its out) and light gaming(minecraft)
i want a desktop and monitor for 400-700 from dell.ie, if you could refer me to a good pc i would really appreciate it. The Cheaper the better

The people here are Americans, and they don't know what stuff is priced like here.

Would you chance building one yourself?
Dell take a big cut.
Edit: good luck getting a pc and monitor for 4-700.

Pretty much every new PC available can handle browsing the internet and Minecraft.

Any computer could handle it, but it may not be fast enough to be comfortable with it. And only the computer and monitor? You some sort of multi-outlet surge protector and already have speakers/headphones? A PC isn't a PC without sound.

There are monitors with built-in speakers nowadays. But make sure you check the box.
