| WARNING: Long-ish read, you have been warned. So this is just a topic in general, but it also ties in with my 3DS. So about a month ago my 3DS had a problem where it would just spazz out on the home screen. Sent it in to Ninty, 2 weeks later, fixed. Get it back and it's a little beat up but I let it slide. And today I turn on my 3DS and I get this black screen to turn my 3DS off. I do, but then the same screen keeps coming up over and over again. I can't play games or use the camera or anything. I call up Ninty and they want me to set up ANOTHER repair. Now, I'm a really paranoid person (And perhaps mildly insane) so everytime one of my expensive things get dropped or damaged in any way I freak out and start expecting it to like burst into flames any second. So after the first incident with my 3DS I was expecting the worst. Don't I as a loyal customer deserve to receive a new device? Especially since this is the second time this has happened? I mean, I payed full price for this thing and I sure as hell didn't cause this. I treat my 3DS like a damn Goddess. I asked the employee and he said "No, you can only get a new one if the tech repairmen deem you worthy" I just don't think that's fair. But the point of this thread is, when do you think is the point where you just deserve something new. Like, right now with my 3DS I'm completely turned off and I don't even like it anymore because I know that if they fix it and send it back, another problem will come up someday. Also tell me if I'm right or wrong. Tell me your P.O.V.

Dear ZeroChrome You must be a bad person. Karma is kicking your ass for something you must have done - either that or you are just unlucky. If you're unlucky then you deserve a new one, if you are a bad person who the universe has decided must be punished, then I guess you don't deserve one. I do that too. I start freaking out if my 3ds falls 6 inches onto a wood floor. You might deserve a new one. Only if you can't get the current one fixed. Did it cost money to repair??

| No it's free since I'm still in the warranty. But unlike you good sir, my 3DS has never touched any kind of "floor" surface.

My 3DS has never ever even had the chance to be on the floor i keep it in a donkey kong case which i lined withed bubble wrap (exagerating a lil bit) but yes you do deserve one if you arnt a terrible person which someone else has said
