Do you guys remember the good shows on tv, like Rugrats, Jimmy Nutron, KABLAM, Ken and Kel, HEY ARNOLD!, RECESS, K.N.D, ED,EDD,EDY, Dextor, ect? Why did they take the good shows off and put the crudy ones on?

Yea, I do, but there are a lot of fan pages on facebook trying to get rid of the shows on now and bring back good ones.

Yes I do, but *****ing doesn't solve anything. I like both old and new cartoons. For some reason, certain people seem to think that any cartoon not associated with their childhood is crappy. Get over it. You miss it so much, buy it on dvd or itunes, just don't bother those of us who are happy with the way thing are now.

Well, there are a lot of people who really aren't happy with tv now, even though it does have to with growing up with it. Like Spongebob use to be ok, but now it seems like that's all that plays on Nickelodeon, along with icarly. Plus a lot of those older shows never got actual dvd releases, so that's probably why so many complain.

New cartoons are seriously awful. That being said, it's not like they can have the same thing on forever. There's only so many story lines you can cover before it gets stale.
God, how I miss them, though. Just last night I was discussing with a friend how if it wasn't for shows like Batman and the New Addams Family, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

Completely understandable. I have quite a few shows I'd like that haven't been released on dvd (but still haven't been removed from youtube) and I'd rather read a rant about that instead of how cartoons suck now. *****ing about newer cartoons still don't change a thing.

Yea, like Rugrats was on longer than Spongebob has been on the air at this point, yet has never had an official dvd release. They technically have them on amazon, but it's kind of shoddy and isn't right for how great the show was, and people want it to come back on Nick unless they actually made real dvd's.

Man, I would trade iCarly for Drake and Josh any day. The only cartoon I still have hope for is of course, My wittle Poh-neeee.

I think releasing it on dvd is more realistic than bringing it back to tv. I doubt they'd ever do that, or at least, during the hours where most people aren't asleep, at school or work.
