As if we didn't need another example of the US Gov. having no idea whatsoever of how the internet works. A recent flyer published by the FBI lists these possible indicators of terrorists:

* Suspicious communications using VOIP or communicating through a PC game
* Always pay cash or use credit card(s) in different name(s)
* Are overly concerned about privacy, attempts to shield the screen from view of other

So if you see someone doing any of these things at your local starbucks, the FBI encourages you to "Gather information about individuals
without drawing attention to yourself" or to "Identify license plates, vehicle
description, names used, languages spoken, ethnicity, etc."
