Honestly the changes are pretty cool, in my opinion. But if this is pushing you away from Facebook, Google+ is now open to the public. It's still a beta, but it could be a new start for those complaining about Facebook.

I'm telling you right now, Facebook to Google+ will become the new myspace to facebook swing. This is exactly what started happening when Myspace started its big decline.

MySpace started sucking because of Facebook. Facebook started sucking because of Google+. And Google+ will start sucking because of whatever comes next.

I'm really not one to hate on changes to Facebook, it takes a quite a bit to make me hate them, but this change doesn't sit right with me. First they changed their chatbox and now I can never tell who's even online or not. and now they changed the newsfeed? I just want to see everybody's status updates and everything when they make them. It already annoyed me that it wasn't defaulting at what's new, but now it doesn't allow for that all? =/
