I think you uploaded a profile picture instead of an avatar. An avatar is what shows up next to your posts

okay 1. click user cp at the top left side of ur screen
2. at left side u will find a list called your control panel , click edit avatar
3.then upload any pic. u would like there and it will show next to ur name.
