Yesterday i brought my 3DS into school...i started playing during lunch.
my friends asked me if it was the 3DS

I replyed yes!
So my 1 friend looks at it..says that the 3d is just some marketing thing..
I countered with everything is..it is just cooler than all the others
He also asked if the bottom screen had more than 5 pixels..
I was like WTF WHERE DO YOU GET THIS INFO?!?!?!
He said that "people he knew" had crappy screens for the ds lite..
I was like....
then he started on the circle pad!
He said: Thats just a copy of the psp...
I said: Then psp is just a copy of joystick or whateves it is called and other games that had joysticks and such.
He is just a hater on most video games and is a psp fanboy but doesn't really know it.
He also thinks that most console suck! (or like all of them)
he just has 1 thing or another to pick on a console..

Most of time i just ignore fanboys.

Life as a fanboy is hard for anyone .

It is annoying with fanboys..
the only good fanboy is one that can accept other ideas!

I agreed with you jonrox3.

They must accept someone other ideas also every system have they pros and cons nothing is perfect that made by human.

Sounds to me like your friends have a case of good ol' fashioned jealousy. XD

The same thing happened to me a while ago but it changed.

At first everyone was saying "it's bad for your eyes" or "it will kill you" but after it's release in japan for almost a month I countered back with "It's been in japan for nearly a month and there have been no reports of being bad for your eyes" then suddenly (almost) everyone loved it.

A few xbox fanboys tried it and said it was "beast" or "sick man" Obviously if you don't understand that it means it's awesome.
And two out of three of the people saying it will be bad for your eyes or it doesn't work are now excited about getting one for their birthday.

Pretty much this.

Anyway, enjoy your 3DS, they're just jealous.
