Pretty pointless thread on my part, but I need some help with something. You see I have this idea for like a story. I thought about making a comic/manga-ish book, thing. But that didn't work out since I can't draw THAT well. The point is I just want to get my idea out there, you know? So I was wondering if you guys could suggest some sites where I can share my "idea". I thought about posting it on fanfiction.net, but that seems like it's just for the fan fiction. (Go figure)

If you could help me out, that would be dandy.

I don't know of any dedicated sites for aspiring writers, sorry. I usually just post my stuff on my Facebook page. I also post some stuff on the forum itself. I think basically any place where you can be sure people will see it and offer constructive criticism would work.

Don't worry. I can't draw either. You could team up with somebody who can and then you could make the story and he/she the drawings.

Fanfiction.net's sister site is FictionPress.com, which is like fanfiction.net except for original works.

I'd say DeviantArt too - most people are there for the photos and drawings BUT trust me, there are quite a lot of writers on the site too
