Unhappy Help with parents

I've got a headache. No, literally! I have a migraine right now, and my mom said to me, "Maybe you feel bad because you have a guilty conscience."

What should I say or do in a situation like that? I want to be good, like I don't want to be rude or anything.

And yes, this is the same parent that won't let me buy a 3ds with my own money, no matter what I do.

Say: "Or do I?" And just walk away.

Smart, not rude, unanswerable.

Simple but brilliant.

You rock.

Say "You're not listening to me" and walk away. Any parents that would use that type of negative reinforcement on their child has some problems of their own I think. Sorry you can't buy a 3DS, the way I always got my parents to get me what I wanted was I bugged them until THEY got a migraine lol. Worked every time.

Well if i bug them enough, she takes away other things.

I guess I could ask for one for christmas or ask for gamestop giftcards to buy one. Then she would have no choice.

I see you still have no 3DS.
Also, what parent answers that to his children rather than actually helping them out?

That's really disappointing.. I am sorry for that.
Have u tried to talk to your mother before?
Try to tell her that u don't like that negative way she follows. She must help you get over your migraine instead of blaming you. Do you have other siblings or it's just you?

Just say it's the schools fault for giving me too much homework. Then get her to write an excuse note to say you couldn't do the homework.

I really have no answer to your question. I just want to say I hope when you get older and have children, you treat them a lot better than that.
