Take a break from gaming. Get into something else for a while. I haven't touched a real game is in at least a month and a half. I'm waiting on something epic to bring my attention back to gaming for a while. I can only game for about a month without growing tired of it. I loved LA Noire when I got it, but grew tired of it. If I started playing right now, I would probably give up and never play it again. I need to feel the urge to want to pick it up and play it and not just force myself to play just because "I'm a gamer."

Look into a mirror. Ask that person in the mirror, "Do I like videogames?"

Say yes, and then look at your throat. If it contracts, then try to find something different to do with your time. If it doesn't then try to find better video games.
