ok he teachs ma language which im terrible at its my lowest grade i get around 45%-55% in tests. Last year he hit me and my parents went in and told the principal not much happened he didnt even apologise.The other day i was in class after missing the previous day and the class had a joke about someone in another class messing and he refered to it and everyone laughed and i laughed then immediately he said what are you laughing at?! i said that i heard the joke off someone else but the way he said it was rude.Today he was asking if any of our siblings worked and i put my hand half up and he said "Does your sibling work or Do You have an itchy head?" in a rude abrupt way. Also today he was explained how when he was in school his teacher hit him to learn things and he said if and he said can i do something to someone who wont get upset and he went and asked an other guy in my class something he got it wrong and he hit him in a way that wasnt meant to be serious but friendly it was still looked sore though.I knew that when he said upset he was referring to me.I want to know how to deal with him as I hate and an scared to go into his class everyday

another possible, and maybe the better option is to make his doucheness known. start a petition or something, it might get him to change his ways or it may fire him. petitions were pretty effective on this evil teacher i had in 7th grade.

Damn that sounds like an unhealthy situation. If I were you I would have your parents come into the school and tell the principle to switch you out of his class immediately. If someone was hitting my kid I would have taken them out of the class that same day. For the time being that you are in that class just don't do anything to make him say something to you.

That advice is good for a lot of things. But I mean if the teacher is physically hitting him it's not a suck it up situation. Even if it is playful or not if it bothers him the teacher shouldn't be doing it.

The best advice I can give is to get video and/or audio proof of it, post it on youtube, and voila. He'll be sacked in no time flat.

True, the teacher should not hit him, but what can he do???? His parents already went to the man and the principal (I did use the correct spelling right??) did not do anything so really there is nothing you can do except for sucking it up or going back to the principal. Also...where did he hit you???

Well since the principal is not doing anything then you have to go higher. Report it to the Department of Education or whatever is higher than that if there is anything. Then something might happen.
