Every person has a way of expressing anxiety, frustration, irritation and anger. Some explode, some curse, some run off, some pull out past grievances and others keep quiet.


Most of the time when I'm angry, I become really quiet, but burning from inside. People can tell that I'm angry from my body and facial expressions. Other times, I feel a hot flush on my face and I feel LIKE I'm.. Oh nvm...

I turn into a huge green monster and wreak havoc on wherever I'm at.

I generally curse with generic swear words and then I breathe to calm myself followed by me saying ''okay..'' Works every time.

I punch a beanbag. Or if im not home i hit whatever is close to me...kidding

I just say some choice words and its all better

I don't need luck. I don't even want it. I've always had to struggle and fight, but that has made me stronger. It's made me who I am today.
