I'm sure we have a rep on this board. But I was wondering how to check it?
I checked the Faq, and it said it's on the bottom of the user CP. I tried that, but I couldn't find it. I'm sure I saw it before, it said I had 10, but I can't find it again.
Could someone please help me?

It should be there. User CP -> scroll down to the bottom. I've heard about people not being able to see it though... might be glitching.

It shows it for me and i don't even know what it means :P

click the scale in the top right of your own post (nexr to the "report" ! button)

You can't see your own reputation at the bottom of your User CP page until someone has given you rep.

Your green square turns gray and if it's below zero, it turns red.

is that bad ?

I don't think so. I believe all it means is you just wont have a very good reputation on the forum and everyone can easily see that you don't.
