How do you make a poll on these forums?

I know there is the box to tick at the bottom of the page when you are about post a thread but how do you put in the options for a poll example best games for 3ds then the games etc. any help will be appreciated!!

I never put a poll before, but I think after you tick the poll option in the additional options, you should put the number of poll options and submit the new thread, maybe after that they will ask you for what want the options to be.
