| I do 4 workouts on EA Sports Active 2 (Wii) a week, and trust me, it is actually really good! I also go out and walk and run and ride a lot. What are you doing over the summer to get fit/toned? |

Well I am a ski racer so I have to do a ton of weight lifting. I also just got off of an injury and so also just recovery exercises. |

Jogging. I mean I dont like to but it gives me some exercise which is vital for a healthy life.

Cross fit @ 530 am, then a run @ 630am Monday-Friday, plus I have a heavy bag at home that I use everyday.
