i have a very hard time accepting help from anyone, and if i do, its my very last resort, and even then i cringe on the fact that i did not do it myself and will often be mentally upset with myself for doing so, so with that in mind.....................i have 114 dollars, what 3ds games should i buy with that? any opinions?

I'd wait for some good deals/promos to get the most bang for your buck.

You didn't list out your preferred genres, so here's a general list.

Ghost Recon
Street Fighter
Ocarina of Time 3DS
Resident Evil in like 2 days.
Maybe Dead or Alive if you are a huge fan of fighting games.
Links Awakening and Donkey Kong '94 if you're including eshop titles.

Those are really the only games worth picking up until further notice. Narrow it down from there.

I'd suggest super street fighters 4 and Legend of Zelda ocarina of Time. super street fighters 4 is pretty good and ocarina of time is a no brainer

For fighting games I prefer DoA over anything, mainly because of its incredible fluidity. Street Fighter is much better on home consoles (In which case I'd rather get MvC), and Tekken (I know it's not out yet) gameplay has always been a bit cramped. BlazBlue is good, too, but it lacks online play, which made me not really want it. tl;dr I say go with DoA if you want a fighting game.

Ocarina of Time 3D is amazing, even if you've played it on N64 or VC. Unless you want Resident Evil (which looks amazing, but I'm not getting it), I'd get DoA and OoT and wait for StarFox, Mario, Mario Kart, or Kid Icarus later in the year. If you want RE you may be able to get all 3 if you're smart about it.

$114 will get you 2 3DS games, maybe another one pre-owned (or you could use the rest on the eShop). You could also follow Logi's advice and wait for a deal--keep in mind you'll probably have to trade something in if it's GameStop though...which isn't a bad thing. GameStop can be good if you only trade in during special offers. You can also probably save $5-10 per game on Amazon by getting them used, but try to avoid separate shipping costs!!

I'd suggest Ocarina of Time 3D and either wait for RE:M, Cave Story 3D, or Starfox. If you absolutely have to spend the money, I'd suggest getting a game for another system, as the only good 3DS game out right now is Ocarina of Time 3D. None of the others are worth the money.
