Default I officially have an ansewer for you ambassadors that dont see the games!

I sent an email to nintendo customer support and got this answer:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Nintendo, Using the information you provided, I can confirm that your Nintendo 3DS system does qualify for the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program. Congratulations

Your Nintendo 3DS system will be added to the Ambassador Program. The Ambassador eligibility list is updated once per week, so please check your Nintendo 3DS eShop for the games in 7 or 8 days.
Once the system has been added, you will be able to download 10 NES Virtual Console games at no charge from the Nintendo eShop. To download your games, select "Settings/Other", then select "Your Downloads". The 10 NES Virtual Console games will be shown here. You'll need to scroll down to view them if you have purchased titles on your system before. The option to "Redownload" the games will be there, so that you can download them at no cost.

By the end of 2011, Nintendo will also provide you with 10 Game Boy Advance Virtual Console games. I hope you enjoy your games!

just send an e-mail to nintendo with your serial (dont know if its spelled right) number and they will check, then if you qualify they will put you on the ambassador list

Nexdah, a few questions to help me get a better sense of how your problem/solution relates to other reports in the forums:
  • What did the online ambassador checker tell you about your status (before you sent the e-mail)?
  • Did you e-mail Nintendo any specific information besides your serial number? (Like when you bought it, or when you connected to the eShop, or similar.)

And, yay! I love it when problems get solved! And thanks for showing us Nintendo's response.

1. Yes i checked like, 50 times, even on my 3ds
2. uhhh no...i just simply said that i checked online and it saidyes, and on my 3ds it said no
