Does that mean we will finally be able to play DS/3DS games on the TV?

I suppose it's possible if the screen is a touch screen. It's just wild speculation at this point.

I doubt it as well. But with all the other crazy rumors, it wouldn't surprise me if this were to happen.

i remember laugh at the without glasses when the 3ds rumors started
i think it would be distracting in action in some games but it could be good for puzzles

No. I guess it could be possible but very highly unlikely. For one thing, if they did that, what need would someone have for a DS or 3DS. Sure it could be for on the go, but it would help discourage potential buyers for a 3DS or DS if they could just buy the home console and play those games. I don't see it happening at all. Also the graphics would be horrible due to the much higher resolution of your tv screen.

It'd be cool if you used your own NDS system as a controller, but the game played on the Wii HD kind of like the Gamecube and GBA games

I know Nintendo is making some profit on 3DS hardware sales, but aren't the majority of profits made through software sales?

The WiiHD could probably easily render the games in a higher resolution.

Again, this IS highly unlikely, but not unfeasible.

But they are a big company. They are going to want to make as much money as they can.
