Well the Wii is only about as powerful as the original Xbox. Actually it's processor is slower than the one on the Xbox. So of course the graphics wouldn't be drastically better

A lot of us are also dissapointed. Join the club. I was hyped like crazy for the Wii, then I got it and quickly loathed the Waggle. This is the first Nintendo system I am not a fan of. I enjoyed the virtual boy more than the Wii. Of course I only paid $30 for my Virtual Boy back in '96.

ii remember getting resident evil 4 for gamecube and putting the disc in. when i started playing it i was like this is the best looking game i have seen on a home console. it just blew me away. i know i couldn't say that about the Wii as far as best looking game on a console.... but at least blow me away. i was talking about the graphics on the game not the actual game itself |

yeah i know it just that as a console gets five years into life cycle you are suppose to see games that couldn't have been done in year one or two. No developer even Nintendo is getting that out of the Wii. I don't feel Wii has been pushed to its limits. |

There was really NO incentive for anyone other than Nintendo to spend money making a game that really tried to push the Wii's limits. There just wasnt the consumer base for that kind of game on the Wii. Most people that bought the Wii, probably still own it and just have the Wiisports that it came with. Nintendo didnt strike it big with consumers that buy a lot of games. |
