Default Insomnia

It's not official. I'm not diagnosed with it with signed papers by my doctors. But I think watching the sun rise from the comfort of your bed night after night means I have insomnia. I doubt it's because of these forums mainly because I've had this problem for almost a year now.

Who else has it?

I've always had trouble trying to sleep, usually end up going to bed around 7am.

I don't have it, but I know from professional experience that it is a serious health-threat. Seriously, have it checked by a medical professional!

Yeah I probably should... I just get this sudden "Fight Club" vibe whenever someone tells me to check it out.

not to make you worry or something, but a mate of mine couldn't sleep at all. it started to become more and mroe problematic. he did jumped towards teh doctor > hospital > well exit after a year later.

brain cancer he was 16 by that time they discovered it.

Ofcourse thats a total differnt situation where you are in. but let it check out by the doctor really.

I would seriously consider asking for medical help. It might not seem bad now, but it can get worse. Really, make an appointment with a doctor and let them know what's happening.

I've had insomnia for about 12 years now. It is very difficult to deal with. I suggest you get medical help asap.
