I hate how when people review these kinda of things they pick them a part. For all I care it could be a board but the led on the thinktank technologies model doesn.t work so what. It has a nice surface that allows the laptop to vent and keep cool. it also doesn't slide down. The cup holder and pencil holder are useless buy it from marshalls for 8 bucks remove the light and enjoy a nice lightweight lapdesk. Tell if you use a lapdesk and what kind.

Buy it for under 10 at marshals would not pay more than ten bucks for it though. The msrp is riduclous but as an under ten dollar product it is better than the hard place mat and pillow that I was using.
