i was thinking about it and i think it would be a great idea to start a chat room at skype for people that want to chat to other Nintendo fans

Why els did you think i posted this in the Lounge?

The forum could probably get an official Skype chat going if enough people pushed for it.
Don't expect me to participate, though.

I prefer tinychat for forum chatting.

I think we're free to discuss whatever we want in the Lounge.

I don't think the Skype chat would get too many hits, since I assume most people would be unwilling to show their face's to strangers online (me included).

I only talk to one person from these forums on Skype, and I don't feel comfortable sharing that much irl of myself with a bunch of random people.

I would never give a total stranger my skype details. :/ I only have rl friends, online friends who I've known for more than 6 years and family on my skype.
