Default Looking for a certain SNES game.

So today I had a 'revelation' and remembered a SNES game I played a good few years ago. Problem is, all the details are a bit shady and the name escapes me, so I was hoping that you guys could help me in some way.

Now, the game let you change between several characters (I believe it was 4) with the press of a button, each character was used to pass through certain areas of the level. Keep in mind that this game isn't an RPG. More of a platformer.

I believe it started in a castle of sorts but that's beyond me.

And perhaps it's safe to say that it is an underrated game as I haven't seen any pictures of it anywhere that they could possibly be.

As an additional minor detail, one of the characters is a girl, and another a boy in glasses. Can't remember the others.

Nope, still not it. I doubt this game allows switching between several characters.

All I can think of is Day of the Tentacle, but that's not a platformer, or on the SNES.
