I'm confused, I saw this copy of Metroid Fusion at my local GS. The weird thing is that the label is completely different than the US version. Also looked up the Japanese, UK, & Canadian one and they don't look like this either.

Any ideas?

no clue, I didn't get the chance to buy it, it sold a few days after I took that pic. I'm soooo curious though to figure out if it was legit. It looks authentic to me, if it's pirated, it's really well done.

The label looks totally off and applied very crookedly, no less. Doesn't seem really well done to me at all.

Anyway, yeah, it's a fake. The easiest way to tell is to check out the circuit board inside. Just look up into the cartridge slot. If it's fake, you won't see the word "Nintendo" printed on the board right above the metal contacts.

It's one of those creepy-pasta versions of the game. :O

I've seen crooked labels on official carts before, so that wasn't really a giveaway of a forgery. I don't have it so I cannot look at the circuit board, but I guess it was a pirated copy.

He's probably going to die while Nightmare's face starts to melt. His ghost will be sucked into the cartridge.

Oh, I certainly have, too. But out of the 60-70 GBA games I have, the only one that's actually that bad is a pirated copy of Advance Wars I got stuck with from buying it on Ebay.

Looks like a pirate copy. The plastic looks... ugly and the sticker's very crooked.
