| Are their settings on Netflix for the 3DS to only let them watch show's,movie's and cartoon's on the rating i set? |

You can change the Parental Control setting by loging into you Netflix Account from your PC. From there, you can go to "My Account & Help" in the top right-hand corner. Scroll down to preferences and click "Change Parental control setting" and you should be good to go. |

But.. wouldn't that restrict on ALL my tv,cell,tablet etc..that are playing netflix? i just want it on their's.

I haven't actually tried it out for myself, but as far as I can tell, it will block it from all devices. Maybe when you click something that's rated "R" it will ask for the password. I'll try it out now and get back to you. |

Looks like it does actually block the content from all devices without being prompted to input a password. There doesn't seem to be way to change the setting on the 3DS' Netflix either, which is pretty hard to believe. Sorry about that.

I'm sure if the question is raised enough on the Netflix Support section of their site, they'll consider adding this feature.
