Default Netflix Suggestions

Just registered to Netflix and I need some suggestions!

I like just about every genre, but I'm mainly interested in T.V. shows and anime, and romantic movies that make you wish you were the girl in the film. Right now I'm watching Hannah Montana. HAHA.

Thanks!

I'm working through SG-1 right now.

Weeds is good. I think it's still on there.

Dead Like Me
Bones
Eureka
Parks and Recreation (hilarious if you get past ep. 1)
Lost
Greek

Edit: Weeds is not good, it's GREAT.

Arrested Development is a good show, if you like a good laugh, and if you wanna see where Michael Cera came from

It's probably not what you want, but there's this awesome noir movie from the 50s starring a young Marilyn Monroe called Don't Bother To Knock.

Monroe plays Nell, a woman recently released from an asylum where she had been for months following a suicide attempt after her fiance died. She's hired to babysit a little girl named Bunny while her parents are at a special convention dinner. In the course of one night you watch her spiral down from seemingly normal to a raving lunatic who even ties up and threatens to kill Bunny after meeting a man - a commitment phobic airline pilot who was originally at the hotel because he was dating the singer in the lounge and they basically broke up that night. (Nell's dead fiance was a pilot who died in a crash.)

It really gave me an idea of what Monroe could have done had she not be stereotyped as a sex pot for rom-coms.

I also like getting old tv shows from the 70s and 80s through Netflix. I've got Quincy ME for right now. Later on I'm getting The Rockford Files.

Also old horror movies. OH! If you're not too creeped out by physical deformities, get Tod Browning's Freaks. It's the movie that wrecked his career because he cast actual circus freaks in it. Now it's a cult classic.

I can confirm that Ouran High School Host Club is awesome.

Also, Home Movies is a good show.
