nintendo mistakes what? lol just kidding virtual boy but to me thats the only mistake nintendo has made

i say their biggest mistake (which is still ongoing) is believing that they can go on existing in this marketplace without trying to give the MILLIONS of gamers what they've been asking for, for years and years now. Graphics, online, multiplayer, etc etc.

Many different things can go under this category, but the main point is the mistake I'm referring to is their utter refusal to listen to anyone but themselves. Sure they do fine on their own, but if they were to pay attention to competition, listen to fans, and incorporate what people WANT into what they're already doing, then they would be so SO SO much better off.

But they don't want to do that. We ask for HD, they say "meh, when we're ready". We ask for online, they say "meh, when we're ready". We ask for multiplayer, they say "meh, when we're ready". We ask for simple stuff like hard drives and DLC and the like, they say "meh...when we're ready".

They don't think there's any need to give people what they want, when they want it. instead they go and do their own little goofy innovative thing, and then show up to the party about 2 generations too late. I mean, what kind of crap is this we're hearing about the measly 8gb of internal memory and no hard drive on the next console? In 2012!?!? A HD console coming out post 2011 without a harddrive, is so mind-blowingly ridiculous, it's like a car being made today with a cassette tape player instead of CD/MP3. Or a cell phone built without caller id. They're just being jerks at this point.

Not listening. THAT is their biggest mistake EVER. Oh, and that Virtual boy thing. man what a stinker.

Either the virtual boy or giving the rights to zelda to a different company to make cd-i games.

I will also say Virtual boy or giving those idiots the rights to make Zelda CDI.
