Bionicle were and still are epic. I used to be such a fan. What do they have now? Some Hero Factory crud? I used to love the feeling of the canisters, twisting the gears, collecting the masks. They ere an obsession. A glorious obsession. I also loved how they had a dedicated story; how it was so deep. Didn't like how the further they released new sets, the more prequels in the stories emerged. But the games on Lego.com, the point and click adventure. Also owned the two Bionicle games on GBA. Or at least the first one. It confused me though how Gali and her kind were the only females, and the others were only male. I could go on all night reminiscing. |

I followed BIONICLE since the series began. I loved it so much; playing with the toys, reading the comics, playing the online adventure games. All the early tie-in media was great. I stopped keeping up with it around the second or so year of the Metru Nui prequel series; I think that's when the series started to get stale. But up until then that was my favorite franchise. It was so awesome.

Sad thing is, I didn't really get in to it until it ended. I will change my avatar in remembrance of the fallen giant. If I ever figure out how to change this avatar.... I officially started collecting with Inika. I got every one of Inika but after that I couldn't afford them all. My favorite BIONICLE of all time is Axxon. I just love that huge axe! I've heard they're continuing the story on Bioniclestory.com but i've never checked it out. |
